They did a great job when fixing a problematic tire. They found the problem quickly and gave me a solid solution, while also fotting me in to an already tight schedule. They even followed up with me with a thank you card and a scratch ticket! I haven't had the chance to call them back yet, but this is the least I can do for now.

At Allen's Auto, one of our goals is to make a difference in our customers lives by making auto repair as pleasant and convenient as possible. We hope to make a difference in the West Rutland community by participating in many local programs that benefit our town, and those in need. On a small scale, we offer local pick-up and drop-off services for those who need a ride. We also provide loaner cars for longer repairs. In the big scheme of things, we are a partner garage for Good News Garage (a car donation program providing vehicles to families in need). We also support the West Rutland Sports Boosters, West Rutland Dog Park, West Rutland American Legion Post 87, Relay for Life, West Rutland Fire Department, local race car drivers and the Rave Car Show.
Our auto repair facility is located at 69 Crossman Lane in West Rutland, VT, off of business Route 4. We are just minutes away from the College of St. Joseph, Castleton State College, Route 7, Wilson Castle, Vermont Marble Museum, and approximately 20 miles from Killington Ski Area and Pico Mountain. We, at Allen's Auto, have been around for over 40 years because people in West Rutland value independent businesses like ours. And for that, we thank all of our neighbors.
